The workshop was started by husband, Diether in 2002 who was soon joined by qualified designer, wife Frith. By 2011 the want for a truly personal service package was expressed by many overseas and local clients who have a home in the Cape, and we responded to fit the niche with Wood Kraut. Since then word of mouth and repeat business reiterates our value as a team to bring visions together dynamically and effectively.

Operating from a workshop in Fish Eagle Park, Kommetjie we run a tight and light ship. We are mobile enough to have, over the years, completed private and commercial projects and commissions not only in the Western Cape region, but also in Johannesburg with exports of free standing pieces to the United Kingdom and Zambia.
